Nigerian Muslims begin 2019 Ramadan fast

Nigerian Muslims have commenced Ramadan fast on Monday the 6th of May 2019.

Fashina Mobolaji Shakiru publisher of Flycomnews sends greetings to all Nigerians in general and Muslims in particular as they commence the month-long Ramadhan fast.

According to him, following the sighting of a new  lunar month of Ramadhan, Fashina called for the peace, progress and prosperity of all Nigeria and use this holy month to pray for the challenges of insecurities in Nigeria.

However, noted that Islam is a religion of peace that upholds the values of tolerance and mutual coexistence without a place for hatred and violence.
