Chief Lawal  Adams, a connoisseur scholar, prolific writer, historian,  sociologist, politician and socialite,  earned his innumerable streaks in the times of time in the world.

A king does not need to announce his arrival his aura will announce. The presence of this man of honour in any environment will illuminate it.

Today Tuesday 19th, May 2020, the aura sparks a brighter light as the King marks another new year of a achiever with more blessings and good health.

Chief Adams has done remarkably well as a good role model to young Lagosians, served tirelessly, contributed to the social development of Eko in particular and Lagos state in general, he used his works to put some of our local indeginous communities on world map.

Chief Lawal Adams is a proud son of Isale Igangan and despite his exposures to the International world, he is always proud of his country (Nigeria).

The enormous  contributions of chief Adams to cultural and historical heritage of his people earned him the title Koshemani Golden Son of Oko Faji Community, Lagos and his works on the promotion and propagation of Islam in Lagos state earned him a recent title 'Irawo Adinni Lagos Quranic Central Mosque'.

He is a perfect description of a joy giver, never one to be found in the court of bitterness and feebly compassionate, turn anger to laughter in seconds.

Chief Adams's legacy shall speak for humanity and generations to come in the history of lagos Islanders.

 May the love you have shown to others return to you, multiplied.

The helicopter conveying Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has crash-landed in Kabba, Kogi State on Saturday afternoon According to information by Laolu Akande, Senior Special Assistant (Media and Publicity) to the Vice President, the incident occurred on Saturday afternoon. A tweet by Akande read: “VP Osinbajo's Chopper crash lands in Kabba, but he and the entire crew safe. He is continuing with his engagements and plans for the day in Kogi State."

2019: Afenifere Faction Endorses Buhari

A faction of Afenifere, a pan Yoruba social-cultural group, on Tuesday in Ibadan, the Oyo state capital endorsed President Muhammadu Buhari as its candidate for the February 16th election. The Senator Ayo Fasanmi-led faction said it took the decision because of Buhari’s sterling performances. At the endorsement which took place at the International Conference Centre, University of Ibadan were Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Chief Ayo Fasanmi, Deputy Governor of Lagos and Ogun States, Mrs. Idiat Adebule and Mrs. Yetunde Onanuga and former Minister, Demola Seriki who represented Asiwaju Bola Tinubu. Traditional rulers at the event included the Ewi of Ado Ekiti Oba Rufus Adedejuyigbe; Akirun of Ikirun Oba Abioye Oyebode and Oniye of Iye Ekiti, Oba Adeleye Oni among others.
