Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has started the collation of results for Ekiti state.

APC gained  219,231

PDP gained 154,032

Total number of valid votes- 381,132

Total number of invalid votes - 12,577

A former Nigerian President, Olusegun Obasanjo, has again defended his decision to support the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar. According to him, “the essence of this ban is to ensure that the lives of citizens that resides in Lagos is secured.
