FATUNMBI AGIRI COUNCILLOR WARDB2 GIVES FOOD ITEMS TO OVER 180 PEOPLE IN LAGOS ISLAND.

Council Lawmaker representing wardB2 Lagos lsland Local Government, Hon Fatunmbi Muheez Agiri, organized aged and widows program for the good people of his ward at Agarawu Primary Health Centre Lagos lsand.
While addressing the over 180 beneficiaries, Ward Chairman of wardB2 Alhaji Andu Tanda enjoined the Party faithfuls by welcomes and appreciates their efforts and contributions for the progress of the party and particularly at the ward levels while also applauds exemplery gesture of Hon Fatunmbi Muheez Agiri for the program initiative put in place for the aged and widow program for the people of his areas.
Tanda stressed further that the program would have been scheduled before now but delibrantly designed for Ramadan and apparently appreciate him for the good masses and oriented program for the aged and vulnerable people .
The former Councilor ward2, Hon Yekeen Olowo, also expressed goodwill message by applauded the uncommon gesture of Hon. Agiri and urged him not to relent in his genuineness and passion for Agarawu Community.
Speaking during the outreach, Agiri said he was moved to embark on the exercise in order to help the aged and widows people in his council area.
Agiri said to FlycomNews that, he has been looking for a way to give back to the society since he came a councilor and aside of today's program, WAEC and JAMB forms has also been given out.
While of recent, installation of 30 street Lights were benefited by 12 streets covered Agarawu community in Lagos lsand powered by Generators with support from community leaders in a council area of Agarawu, Lagos island.
When the Ramadan started, l decided to looked into some programs for aged and widows people as emulate this from Executive Chairman Lagos Island Local Government Hon Tijani Adetoyese Olusi do on qaurterly basis for the aged and windows in lagos lsland local government of lagos state reason why reason l buy the idea from my council boss, Agiri said.
According to him, over 180 people benefits from this program by given fooditems well packaged as Ramadan gifts such as Rice, Gairri and Semovita. The beneficiaries came from 8 zones of wardB2, 10 names submitted from each zones of the wards while the remaining were given to general public.
This program also, particularly dedicated to be my able leader honourable Abdul Rasheed Babatunde Afolabi who passed out on 3rd may 2019, Agiri said.
