It’s official, I’m a PDP member, says Dogara

Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mr. Yakubu Dogara, at the plenary on Tuesday officially announced his defection from the ruling All Progressives Congress to the opposition Peoples Democratic Party.

Dogara, along with President of the Senate, Bukola Saraki, had so defected since July 2018 without announcing their defections on the floors of the chambers.

Members of the PDP celebrated as Dogara made the announcement.

Supermega Seven Foundation visit Divine Dove Int'l School, Abuja.

As part of Supermega Seven Foundation's objectives to support quality education for the poor in line with SDG 4: Quality Education; the Foundation will be at Divine Dove International Schools at 0081, Zone A, Dape II, Angwan Cement, Life-Camp, FCT, Abuja on the 5th of April 2015 to distribute writing materials and gift to the pupils. Fidelity Bank empowers over 200 youth Gazelle Academy with entrepreneurial skills in Anambra State

Determined to reduce unemployment levels in the country, Fidelity Bank Plc, in partnership with Gazelle Academy and the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka on Friday concluded an entrepreneurship training programme for over 200 students in Anambra State. The programme which formally kicked off Wednesday ended with a call to Nigerian youths to embrace entrepreneurship and create wealth for themselves instead of searching endlessly for non-existing paid jobs. Organised under the Fidelity Youth Empowerment Academy (YEA 6), the programme seeks to empower the Nigerian undergraduate with vocational skills and enterprise training which are relevant for self-reliance.
