Following the devasted  gas exploration blast  on Sunday at Abule Ado area of Lagos State, Governor Babjide Sanwo-Olu, has deposited the sum of Two hundred and Fifty million Naria (N250m) and set up sum of  Two billion Naria (N2b)emergency relief fund for victims.

He made this known today when visited site of the incident in Abule -Ado Lagos.

According to him, the state has set up Two billion Naria (N2b) Trust Fund committee for the victims headed by Deputy Governor, Dr. Obafemi Hazmat and Two hundred and Fifty million Naria (N250m) fund immediately deposted to AbuleAdo Emergency Relief Fund.


The Governor appealed to the well meaning Nigerians and International body to support the state  as the explosion beyond what government can independently handle.

Sanwo-Olu laments that the gas explosion incident  looks like a war zone.
